About The Artist

Founder of Dee’s Burnt Trees Dee has always had a passion for art and crafts of all varieties. Following the birth of her son Dee stayed home to care for him but found that there was still something missing, Dee turned to her artistic side for an outlet. Pyrography was a new outlet but she quickly adapted to the challenging aspects of learning a new medium. While working from home and raising her son, Dee was able to practice and hone this new skill and started to create memorable art for friends and family. Currently, Dee is expanding to teaching this art form to others and is having classes all around the triangle area in North Carolina.
