Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days for standard products (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note that custom orders require additional processing time.  A proof of your order will be sent within 5 to 7 business days. It is important that you reply to your proof with your approval via email to allow for further processing and shipping of your order.  Custom items will be shipped within 7 business of proof approval.
